By accessing or using Mazoon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mazoon Inc.

To use Mazoon, you must create an account using a valid email address, phone number, or third-party authentication provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Mazoon ID is your unique verified identity on the platform. Once claimed, your Mazoon ID is permanent and cannot be transferred. Mazoon ID uses a 3-tier trust system:

• Unverified — Basic account, limited social features
• Phone Verified — Phone number confirmed via OTP, access to messaging and social features
• Stripe Identity Verified — Government ID verified via Stripe Identity, full trust badge, higher limits

Verification status can be revoked if information is found to be inaccurate or if the account violates these terms.

Mazoon provides 7 AI-powered sections: Image Generation, Video Generation, Audio Generation, Text Generation, AI Chat, AI Learning, and AI Avatar Studio. You retain ownership of outputs generated using your prompts, subject to the following:

• You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• You may not generate deepfakes, impersonation content, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• You may not generate illegal, harmful, or deliberately misleading content
• You may not distribute NSFW content generated on Mazoon outside the platform
• You may not use AI tools to violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Mazoon reserves the right to refuse generation of content that violates our policies

All AI processing runs server-side. Offline generation is not available.

The AI Avatar Studio allows users to generate lip-synced talking or singing videos from a photograph and an audio track. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• Own likeness only (v1): You may only use your own verified profile photograph for avatar generation. Uploading photographs of other individuals is not permitted in the current version.
• Future third-party use: When uploading photos of other individuals becomes available, you must hold explicit written consent from the person depicted and confirm this via a mandatory consent checkbox. This feature will only be available to verified users with confirmed identity (GSM, bank account, and email).
• No impersonation: You may not create avatar content that impersonates public figures, celebrities, political figures, or any person without their verifiable consent.
• AI-generated disclosure: All avatar videos carry metadata identifying them as AI-generated content. You must not remove, alter, or obscure this metadata when distributing avatar content.
• Prohibited uses: Avatar content must not be used for fraud, harassment, political manipulation, non-consensual pornography, defamation, or any activity that could deceive viewers into believing the content is authentic footage of a real person.
• MENA regulatory compliance: Mazoon complies with applicable regulations in the MENA region regarding synthetic media. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Content moderation: Mazoon reserves the right to review, flag, or remove avatar content that violates these policies. Repeat violators will have their accounts suspended or terminated.
• Liability: You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from avatar content you generate and distribute. Mazoon disclaims all liability for misuse of the AI Avatar feature.

AI generation features are powered by Mazoon Tokens (MT). Tokens are consumed when you use AI tools, with different operations requiring different token amounts. Token allocations, pricing, and consumption rates are detailed in our Payment Terms.

Monthly plan tokens are consumed first. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased top-up tokens remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and carry over regardless of plan changes.

Subscription tiers: Free ($0/mo, 50 MT), Starter ($10/mo, 500 MT), Professional ($30/mo, 2,000 MT), Enterprise ($100/mo, 10,000 MT), Creator ($200/mo, 25,000 MT). Annual billing available at discounted rates. The Creator plan includes the AI Avatar Studio.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or generate on Mazoon. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.

Mazoon reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

The Mazoon platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mazoon Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

Content you create remains yours. By posting content on Mazoon, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.

Your use of Mazoon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

You may delete your account at any time. Mazoon may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Mazoon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazoon Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mazoon in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
