What is a Mazoon Token (MT)?
One MT is a unit of AI usage. Simple text generation costs 1 MT, a standard image is 3 MT, a short video 15 MT. Costs vary by model quality.
What happens when I run out?
You see an upgrade prompt. Monthly budget refills on your Stripe billing date. Daily and weekly sub-limits reset automatically (midnight UTC / Sunday UTC).
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at your next renewal — you keep your current plan until then.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Unused weekly tokens roll to the next week up to a 50% cap. Unused daily tokens roll forward up to 2× the daily allocation. Monthly resets fully at each billing renewal.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation keeps your paid access until the end of the current billing period, then drops you to the Free plan automatically.
