Mazoon offers the following subscription plans, each with different panel access and quality tiers:

Higher quality tiers use more tokens per operation but produce significantly better results. Premium adds the AI Avatar Studio for lip-sync video generation and unlocks the Audio Studio.

Token costs vary by quality tier. Standard ⚡ uses the base cost, Enhanced ✨ is 2x, and Premium 💎 is 5x:

Top-up tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not expire with your subscription cycle.

New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Standard plan. During the trial, you have access to all Standard features and 500 MT. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin billing automatically.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Mazoon within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the full year at a discounted rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Unused monthly tokens expire at the end of the billing period
• Purchased top-up tokens remain valid for their original 12-month period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan

Monthly plan tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused monthly tokens are forfeited. Top-up tokens purchased separately are valid for 12 months and carry over regardless of plan changes.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Mazoon does not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Mazoon reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

Beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used. Contact us at amrbakry@mazoonai.com for refund requests.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days. During this period, your access may be temporarily restricted. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan.

Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added to your invoice based on your location and local tax regulations.

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Mazoon may result in account suspension.
